Policies and Procedures

1.  Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Please contact us if you need to cancel your appointment or class.

2.  All Core Sport packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and expire 2 months from date of purchase.  Packages may be shared.

3.  All Drop-In sessions are non-refundable and expire one month from date of purchase.

4.  All Promotional and Introductory offers are subject to change.  Expiration is based on the current offer.  Core Starter offers expire one month from date of purchase.

5.  12 month memberships may be suspended for a maximum of 30 days during the year. Suspensions must be requested in writing.  Sessions do not roll over.  Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be cancelled under any circumstance.  See terms of contract text for early termination penalties.

7.  Memberships (except unlimited) may be shared by those in the same household.  Sessions do not roll-over.  Member add-on sessions expire 1 month from date of purchase.
